Women By Design
Every woman has a special place in God's heart...

At Noland Road Baptist Church, it’s our belief that God has designed each person with a certain task or set of gifts in mind- men and women alike.

The Women’s Ministry at NRBC is dedicated to help any and all women find a place to come and feel loved by the Heavenly Father. The Women’s Ministry has many different ways that you can become plugged in.

Every Thursday morning, you have the opportunity to participate in a small group Bible Study, beginning at 9:30 AM at NRBC. Special events are also in the works.  Look below for more details.
Spring Retreat

One of our upcoming special events is a Spring Retreat.

  • April 18th, 19th, & 20th
  • Windermere Baptist Conference Center, Roach, MO (Lake of the Ozarks)

Karen Finke will lead us as we spend TIme With The King in a study of Esther.  Join us for a time of worship, fellowship, relaxation and shopping at the outlet mall.  The cost is $30 plus lodging and meals on Friday evening, Saturday lunch & Sunday lunch.  Lodging is $95/night per room (up to six per room).

The first session will begin at 8:00 pm on Friday evening.  The final session ends by noon on Sunday.  Look for more details soon.

Small Group Bible Studies

Small groups offer a place for us to connect with other ladies in fellowship, to grow in our understanding of God and the Bible and to become equipped for worship, ministry and evangelism.  Small groups will resume in June.  For information on the upcoming Small Group Bible Studies, please contact Beth Whorton, Women's Ministry Coordinator, in the church office.

Project Linus

Project Linus provides hand made blankets for children who are hospitalized or have been through a crisis.  Join this group at 10am on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the church.

You can also make blankets on your own to donate.  Pick up information about suggested blanket sizes at the Women's Ministry Table.  Contact Beth Whorton for more information or to drop off blankets.

NRBC News
April 14, 2008 -

After many weeks of traffic chaos, the Noland Road bridge has finally re-opened!  There is limited and somewhat congested access to Noland via I-70, but with a little patience, you can now access Noland Road from the interstate.  MODOT will continue to have ramps closed in rotation.  Please take note of signs for further information.  Thank you for your continued loyalty to NRBC even in the midst of the traffic situation.
