E.M. has served as senior pastor of Noland Road Baptist Church for thirteen years.  He has been married to his wife Ann for 41 years.  She is a Language Arts teacher in the Independence Schools.  During staff appreciation week, E.M. was posed with a question- "If money were no object, what one thing would you purchase for your ministry?"  E.M. responded with "I would purchase a time machine so that I could spend more time with the un-churched, un-reached people of the world, to be on mission fields, experience corporate worship in other churches, and still fulfill my responsibilities at NRBC, and that would be quite the experience."  E.M. has a passion to live out our mission statement which is "Transforming Lives Through Christ."  E.M. cares for each member of NRBC, but also carries a strong passion for those people outside of our walls that have never heard the great news of the saving knowledge and forgiveness of our savior Jesus Christ.  He can be contacted in the church office during regular office hours, or by e-mail with the prefix "emhay".

NRBC News
April 14, 2008 -

After many weeks of traffic chaos, the Noland Road bridge has finally re-opened!  There is limited and somewhat congested access to Noland via I-70, but with a little patience, you can now access Noland Road from the interstate.  MODOT will continue to have ramps closed in rotation.  Please take note of signs for further information.  Thank you for your continued loyalty to NRBC even in the midst of the traffic situation.
