The Single Adult Ministry at NRBC desires to reach out in loving and accepting Christian fellowship to all single adults in the Kansas City area. Single adults fall into one or more of the following categories:

Unmarried Adults

Jan 21, Thursday (rescheduled from Jan 7) - Birthday Celebration Dinner at Master Wok, 4810 S Arrowhead Dr, Independence, MO. 6:00pm.
Jan 16, Saturday - Serve food at Kansas City Rescue Mission, Meet at church at 4:45pm to carpool. Take warm clothing items such as gloves, hats, socks, sweatshirts, coats, underwear, sweat pants, blankets to donate.
Jan 29-30 Friday & Saturday - Single Adult Conference on Prayer, "The Cry of My Heart," held at Three Trails Camp, 16200 E 40 Hwy (40 Hwy & Lee's Summit Road), Independence, MO. Friday Evening, Jan. 29: 6:30-10:00pm. Saturday morning, Jan. 30: 8:30am - 12:00 noon. Cost: $10.00. Dinner on Friday night and brunch on Saturday morning will be provided. Age Group: Single Adult 35+. Register by email at Singles@nolandroadbaptist.org or contact Nancy Cook at 816-585-4555. Registration deadline is Sunday, January 24.
Feb 18, Thursday (rescheduled from Feb 4)- Birthday Celebration Dinner at Zio's, 39th St., Independence, MO, 6:00pm
Feb 7, Sunday - Super Bowl Party, 5:00pm, at Barbara Ummels.
Feb 27, Saturday - Game night at the Plex, 6:00pm. Sloppy Joes and drinks provided. Bring a side dish and games.
Mar 4, Thursday - Birthday Celebration Dinner at Smokehouse at 19000 E 39th St, 6:00pm.
Mar 13, Saturday - Play games and fellowship with the Special Needs Kids. Meet at The Spot at 6:45pm (across the street from church).
The Lord is really doing some exciting things throughout our class. We are seeing spiritual growth and answered prayers. Please come join us for a great time opening God's word. Single Adult Bible Study is held in the lower level of The Plex at 9:45am on Sundays. The Plex is the building just to the north of the church.
